National Urban Rural Computer Literacy Mission Franchisee / Eligibility Terms
- You should have interest for social work.
- The proposed center should be located on good locality and should be easily approachable
- You should have minimum 300-sq. ft. Space.
- You should have minimum 4 to 6 computers.
- You should have any knowledge and experience in this field.
- You should have good knowledge of the local market.
- You should have Owned / Rented premises for the proposed Educational Center.
Certificate of Authorization
Along with the application form applicant has to send the initial fees of as Franchise fee by DD in favour of “National Urban Rural Computer Literacy Mission”, payable at Agra and sent across to National Urban Rural Computer Literacy Mission The said processing and approval charges are non-refundable after the date of approval. In case the proposed site is not found suitable & Application not accepts then amount of DD will be refund.
Renewal of the National Urban Rural Computer Literacy Mission shall be done every five year on payment of Rs.50000 only /-.
This amount shall be deposited at the time of signing the affiliation agreement

After starting the Center
After signing the agreement and completion of documentation process. The entire Technical and Marketing support required for establishing the training Centre will be provided by NURCLM which will include set of the following as per rules but cost of local advertisement and marketing is borne by franchisee.
NURCLM will provide below given materials on demand (with applicable charges):
- Admission Form as per requirement
- Student Cards & Course Material
- Student Bag
- Sales Promotional Material Formats for Newspapers, advertisements
- Set of student exercises for most of the courses.
- Job opportunities to Diploma holder in different parts of India with the help of Internet & corporate sector & Placement agency.
- Advertising and Marketing on our website
ADVANTAGE OF NURCLM
Guidelines of Masters Franchise, State Franchise & District Franchise:-
- NURCLM not collecting any charges for State Coordinator & Masters Franchise and going to appoint any person/Institute/society/Trust/Company etc. as Masters Franchise, State Franchise & District Franchise as per requirement of applicant and according to His/her sound profile of organization.
- Masters Franchise, State Franchise & District Franchise guide new study center if there are any query beside it before collect any document from new center first inform & confirm with NURCLM then collect all required documents as per our terms & condition.
- It is responsibility of Masters Franchise, State Franchise & District Franchise that he/she develop minimum 10 new study center every month and he/she will provide us complete detail of New Center when he collected all documents. Masters Franchise, State Franchise & District Franchise will neither collect cash amount regarding Inspection charges NURCLM accept only in form of DD, not collect any extra charges for any other purpose.
- After completion of approval process NURCLM will send approval to center after join NURCLM Center by new center, for this responsibility NURCLM will give Rs. 50% franchise fee per newCenter one time at time of approval and 25% for MASTERS FRANCHISE&to 20% for STATE FRANCHISE & 10% for DISTRICT FRANCHISEof monthly grant/income which is receive by new study
All responsibility carries by Masters Franchise, State Franchise & District Franchise like Advertisement, necessary infrastructure, executive for Document collection, Control/monitoring etc.
It is responsibility of Masters Franchise, State Franchise & District Franchise that he /she watch that each centre working or not in proper Manner as per our terms and condition.
Masters Franchise, State Franchise & District Franchisenot collect any type of amount from Study centre regarding admission, books etc. Study centre directly send all amount to NURCLM.
Handle and check the status of new centre and send us proper reports.
Continuously monitor all activity of study centre
